With 11 years of clinical experience as a hypnotherapist, Perry Celani understands that every person arrives with a unique story, a challenge to overcome and a desire for change. Rather than offering
pre-determined solutions, Perry works alongside his clients to help uncover the answers that often already exist within them.
At the heart of his work is the consultation process. Perry believes that genuine change begins when the client feels truly heard. through attentive listening, careful observation and meaningful conversation, he helps clients make sense of their experiences and identify the patterns that may be keeping them stuck.
Some clients arrive with a lifetime of information to share, while others struggle to find the words. Yet often, it is a single word, a recurring phrase or a subtle insight that opens the door to transformation.

Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention and deep relaxation that allows the mind to become more receptive to positive suggestions, new perspectives and beneficial change. Contrary to popular myths, hypnosis is not mind control or unconsciousness.
During Hypnosis, you remain aware, in control and able to choose what feels right for you.
Many people describe hypnosis as feeling similar to being deeply absorbed in a book, a movie or a daydream, where the mind becomes calm, focused and less distracted by everyday thoughts.
Hypnotherapy uses this relaxed state to help identify and change limiting beliefs, habits, emotional patterns and unconscious behaviours, that may be holding you back. It can be used to support stop smoking and drinking, stress management, confidence, motivation, relaxation and personal growth.
Research suggests that hypnosis can be an effective tool for many people when used as part of a professional therapeutic approach. The results vary from person to person and depend on factors such as motivation, readiness for change and individual responsiveness to hypnosis.
Rather than "doing something" to you, hypnosis works by helping you access your inner resources, allowing positive changes to emerge from within. It is a gentle, collaborative process, that empowers you to create lasting change while remaining fully in control throughout the experience.

What is 'I Ching'
I Ching, or Book of Changes, is one of the world's oldest systems of wisdom, offering a profound framework for understanding life's cycles, transitions and decision-making processes.
Through symbolic language and archetypal patterns, it gently illuminates where you are, what influences are present and how to move forward with greater alignment with your values, integrity and inner truth.
Rather than directing outcomes, I Ching invites deep self-inquiry and supports the development of discernment, patience and self-trust.
It is grounded in the belief that clarity, direction and inner guidance already exists within each one of us.
I Ching is based on 64 unique hexagrams of symbolic patterns, which represent every possible situation and its potential for transformation.

mind, body and emotional inter-connection
Well known Greek Physician Hippocrates, explained to his students that negative emotions cause disease and that
positive emotions are a crucial factor in recovery.
If you are happy, energetic, and excited about an upcoming event, you are generally in a happy and positive state of mind,
your body’s immune system will be powerfully affected and will respond accordingly by keeping you in a state of optimum health.
If you are despondent, sad, unhappy, lonely, in pain or depressed, your immune system will respond powerfully to those emotions by mirroring your depressed state. In fact, modern research has shown that our thinking even influences the moment-to-moment reproduction of cells in our body.
Here is a simplified version of a complicated process, but bear with me, because this is an important link in understanding why what we think, how we feel, and what we believe, are so powerful.
There is a constant two-way communication going on between your brain and your body. Do you remember times when you’ve thought of something dire and had a “sinking feeling” in your stomach, or times you felt really happy that it makes you smile and feel warm and comfortable inside?
This is the kind of communication that goes on between the brain and body. Your brain communicates with your cells, and your cells communicate with your brain, and other parts of your body, via the Vagus Nerve, every moment of every day.
With this in mind I have put together some wellness packages below...
